MG (Management Game) is an all-round management education course of Carnegie Mellon University. MG is based on a computer simulation system and constructs a multinational, dynamic and competitive market environment, in which many universities around the world attend. In the program MBA students establish a high-level management team of a simulated international company. Though3-years simulated business running, it brings MBA students improved analyzing and estimating ability, team management and cooperating ability, functions management ability and self-showing ability. It trains the students to acquire necessary skills for becoming a high-level manager of a company.V&G Company is simulated company in MG and it comprises of six students, who serve as the CEO, CFO, CMO1, CMO2, COO1and COO2respectively and come from MBA2007in Northeast University.The author serves as CEO in the V&G Company, who plans, establishes and conducts the development strategy of the company commonly. The author is imported in the study of enterprise Strategy. This dissertation is based on three years management of V&G Company and involves the constitution and implementation and adjustment of the strategy in internal and external environment of the company.This dissertation was divided into six chapters. In the first it mainly gives a brief introduction of MG and V&G Company, and in the second chapter it is the relatively theory of enterprise Strategy which the dissertation used. The external and internal environment for V&G Company is analyzed in third chapter. It introduced the enterprise Strategy of V&G Company from the year of2009to2011in the fourth chapter. And in the fifth chapter, the dissertation said the accomplishment of the enterprise Strategy aim from2009to2011.It discussed the Strategy of V&G Company from the year of2012to2014in the sixth chapter. At the last chapter, the author described his thoughts about MG.
