Application Research Of Time Management For A Workshop In Nan Kou

Project progress objective is one of Construction Project Management which has three important targets. There are many limitations on both beginning of CPM (Critical Path Management) and PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) about Project Progress Management application. No considering about factors on resource constraints and human’s behavior, it is difficult to overcome multi-task and uncertainty factor’s affect in the course of implementing as well. However, Critical Chain Method provides one thinking to solve the problems which mentioned above. It has both important practice significance and theory’s forward.To select a workshop in Nan Kou which is constructed by Shenyang Sanxin Group as a research target, this article aims at studying practical application during specific item by virtue some principles and method of project progress management, especially the Critical Chain Method application, it’s better to find a suitable way for large-scale metal configuration maintenance problems. This article will introduce Critical Chain Method Theory to construction project progress management, to optimize progress planning after researching and constitute some management scheme more scientifically, it will contribute to further study on building operations enterprise project progress management theory in our country.
