The project construction process management is a global, full range of systems management. Science, standardized project management methodology employed in the construction project, the ultimate goal is to make all aspects of the construction is more in line with the requirements of the project itself, so organic, orderly control of the quality of the project, project construction schedule control combined with many other aspects of the total project cost control to meet the requirements of the project goals and works to maximize the benefits of optimization, quality, and ultimately the successful completion of the project objectives. Often in the project plan and construction steps will expose the place of disharmony or conflict. Usually due to construction projects in all sectors of the Measures for the Administration of the system, combined with organic, which brought a lot of problems to the management of the project work.This thesis is a comprehensive study conducted by the management of the construction process of the the Xichang XX residential projects, into the various aspects involved in the construction process of the project to the system of project management methodology. Project problems in the implementation process, the timely adjustment of management approach constantly refined and summarize the overall management of the project management system into the formation of a more comprehensive, more scientific and more reasonable range of practical significance approach to management. Making enterprises through lessons learned, sum up experience, share experiences, and gradually mature to immature steering. Construction management process necessary for the binding characteristics of the project, the characteristics of the project and the comprehensive integration of project management experience to the construction project itself, improve the quality, at the same time for enterprises to win greater economic benefits to the enterprises in the fierce competition in a place to stand, so the more tenacious vitality of enterprises, a broader development prospects.
