A Full-scale Process Cost Control And Management Study On Construction Project

Based on large amount of literature,through learning of project managementknowledge, integrating of construction project’s cost controlling and management practice,this paper deeply analyzed and summarized the construction project’s full-scale processcost control and the management theory. at first, it setted forth the conception,content,process and decision of construction project cost management; then deeply analyzed anddiscussed the full-scale process cost control and management projects of the Xiangfanrailway bureau kediao comprehensive building project. Based on implementing previouscontrol, locale control and dynamic control, this paper analyzed five elements whichcontained people, machine, material, method and circumstances in the construction projectdeeply, whats more, it analyzed, demonstrated and conceived the following things deeply,which contains setting up complete management system to ensure the cost controllingperform effectively; how to absorb the object management method of self-controlling,carrying out the liability cost management institutions which integrated duty, right andinterest, and set up ensuring system to guarantee the effective running of liability costmanagement. the paper generally analyzed full-scale process cost control andmanagement’s contents and concrete operations, the most important things were the planpreparation at the begaining, cost controlling during the construction and the finalaccounting of revenue and expenditure finally. at last based on project cost planning, itmonitored and evaluated the full-scale process cost control and management effectionthrough the earnning-value method. the result was that full-scale process cost control andmanagement was running well in this project, and the object of cost controlling realizedsuccessfully.
