Today, time is increasingly become the key source in competition, market competition is more and more rapidness, and pressurize the supply chain, especially the internal supply chain to improve the reaction speed. To have a high speed, the collaboration between departments of enterprise is must be needed to increase the operational rate. Therefore, the research to collaboration of internal supply chain is very important. This paper deeply study the collaboration in the internal supply chain, and the main works include five aspects as following:(1) According to the related literature research, this paper argues that internal supply chain contains integration, optimization, collaboration three parts, and gives the definition of internal supply collaboration with the perspective of workflow.(2) Consulting relevant literature and combining with the practical situation of enterprises, this paper summarize the workflow of procurement, inventory, production, sales and others department in the internal supply chain, and gives general workflows in these section. This paper also simply analysis application status of the information systems in enterprise.(3) According to the definition of internal supply chain, the paper put forward the dynamic process of collaboration:integrating information, optimizing workflow, collaborating workflows with the collaborative goal. Paper future points out that the goal is greatly minimizing the reaction time of internal supply chain under the condition of the time competition, information integration and workflow optimization are the basis of collaboration, coordinating workflows is the key of the way to implement internal supply collaboration.(4) The paper simply state the way to information integration and workflow optimization. With the base, paper takes advantage of the Petri net theory to build the Petri net models of all workflow, and try to cohere with all Petri model to a whole Petri net model to structure the internal supply chain collaboration Petri net model.(5) Paper also builds the hierarchy time tree to calculate the average execution time of the internal supply chain collaboration Petri net model, analysis the time performance of the model, and prove the correctness of the model with a case. |
