With the development of social economy,optimizing the internal supply chain management can break the drawbacks of traditional supply chain management,reengineer and integrate all-round supply chain management process,create greater value for enterprises and improve the efficiency of supply chain.Especially in the current situation,the integration of internal supply chain has become one of the effective ways for enterprises to change.Enterprises can quickly understand the situation of the market,speed up the response to the market,and keep pace with the market,so as to win customers faster,serve customers,and make enterprises gain advantages in competition.This paper analyzes the present situation of the internal supply chain of Jinmailang Group by using the theory of supply chain collaboration management,puts forward the problems existing in the internal supply chain management collaboration of Jinmailang Group,investigates the causes of the problems by using questionnaires,and combines with the internal supply chain collaboration model to formulate the optimal development strategy,so as to promote the present.The internal supply chain of Jinmailang group develops rapidly.It is analyzed that the internal supply chain management of Jinmailang Group has some problems,such as low organizational structure and operation efficiency,slow product quotation speed,high inventory,unobstructed capital flow and unobstructed internal information flow.Aiming at the management of each department and the members of the supply chain,and taking the organizational structure reform,product quotation,inventory management,capital flow and information technology as the optimization approaches,this paper puts forward the coordinated measures to continuously optimize the internal supply chain management of Jinmailang Group by using the internal supply chain coordination model.Including the reform of the Group organizational structure,the establishment of product quotation system,the optimization of inventory management and capital payment process,the establishment of information management system,the realization of internal supply chain management coordination optimization,promote the future supply chain management coordination strategy of Jinmailang Group to further information, modernization.
