China is the world’s largest tobacco product market. In2011, China sells about40%of tobacco products in the world, and contributes more than700billion yuan of tax to China government. However, these results were obtained under the barrier of administrational monopoly and high duty cost. Along with the changes of inner and outer environment changes, China’s tobacco industry faces severe challenges. In this paper, tobacco industry collaboration research was deployed. The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, facing internal and external challenges, by analyzing tobacco industry value achieving process based on value chain model, and analyzing the structure and characteristics of China tobacco supply chain, tobacco supply chain strategic collaboration was proposed, and visible controllable measurable traceable supply chain system structure was built.Secondly, focusing on the problem within tobacco supply chain supply pattern problem, cooperation production mode of supply pattern was introduced and analyzed, and a complete information dynamic game model was built to solve the pricing problem between tobacco grower and tobacco industry enterprise. By analyzing using data from Zhejiang CTIC, this model was found effectively incented both sides of the game, and they both reach Nash equilibrium.Last, focusing on the problem within tobacco industry industrial logistics system, the tobacco industry production logistics collaboration management pattern was introduced, and tobacco industry production logistics collaborative allocation architecture was built. To support the pattern and architecture above, the tobacco industry production logistics coordination model was built and solved by hybrid genetic algorithm. Positive analysis using data from Zhejiang CTIC shows this model has effectively reduced overall inventory and transport costs.Through the research above, this paper provides some effective suggestions and methods for tobacco industry to improve its supply chain competitive power.
