Technological Needs And Countermeassure Of Marine Fishery Industrialization Development In China

China is a marine fisheries country, marine fisheries has always been an important part ofagriculture, marine fisheries industry occupy an important position in Chinese marine industry,therefore this article choose marine fishery industrialization to be the object, fromtechnological innovation and countermeasure, deeply analyze the important role of scientificand technological innovation on fishery industrialization in China. Firstly, this paperexpounds the industrialization theory and technological innovation theory, including theindustrialization, technology and innovation. Secondly, analyzes the development current ofmarine fishery industrialization in China, including fishery industrial structure, the effect ofmarine fisheries industrialization processes on marine ecological environment andtechnological content of fisheries industrialization, from the three parts indicate problems offishery industrialization development. Thirdly, expound that technological innovation plays animportant role on fishery industrialization development in China, and for the first time toanalyze the relationship of human and fishery by the view of philosophy and put forwardsustained development of fishery industrialization. Finally, this paper put forward somecountermeasure thought to guarantee the development of Chinese marine fisheryindustrialization, including to clear-cut the main orientation of fishery science and technologyinnovation, optimize the system of fishery science and technology innovation, accelerate theachievement change of fishery innovation, improve the efficiency of fishery innovationmanagement. In China, marine fishery industrialization started relatively early, but thedevelopment is not balanced and there has been a series of impeding the development ofindustrialization of China’s marine fishery issues, therefore through scientific andtechnological innovation and science countermeasure are the best way to address these issues,not only realize the high speed quality development of marine fishery industrialization inChina but also achieve social, economic and ecological sustainable development.
