Study On The Development Route Of Fishery Technology In Zhejiang Province

The proportion of the marine-related economy in the agriculture is increasing year by year and the government plays much attention to the marine industry.Fishery is one of the most important parts of the marine industry.Fishery science and technology greatly promotes the transformation and upgrading of fishery industry.Fishery science and technology innovation greatly accelerate the growth of the fishery economy.In 2015,the chairman Xi pointed that the innovation strategy of marine science and technology should be implemented and the marine science and technology should be vigorously developed in the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee.Lately,he said it is important to construct modern agriculture.Zhejiang province is one of the key marine fishery provinces in China and the marine fishery economy in Zhejiang province ranked first in our country.The fisheries economy in Zhejiang is developing rapidly,but there are still a lot of problems to be solved.The rapid development of fishery economy has benefited from the support of government policies and funds.On the other hand,the development of fishery science and technology itself is also inseparable.The progress of fishery science and technology has greatly promoted the upgrading of fishery production mode and the rapid growth of fishery economy.In addition,the income of the fishery men is greatly improved and the changes from the traditional fisheries to modern fisheries are also accelerated.Moreover,it is important to deeply study the relationship of the marine fishery technology and the marine fishery economy and realize the key role of the marine technology in the accelerating the growth of the marine fishery economy.In addition,it is urgently needed to find out the problem in the development of the marine fishery and put forward effective policy.We believe that these measures will have an important role in promoting the development of the fishery economy faster and better.In this paper,we summarized the domestic and foreign development of fishery science and technology.The development of the fishery science and technology in Zhejiang province was analysed through the modern concepts and marine diffusion theory.According to the present conditions of the marine fishery resources and development in Zhejiang Province,the supporting policy and the achievements in Zhejiang Province was studied.Importantly,the existing problems of the current policy support system were found out.There are a lot of problems existing in current marine fishery technology extension system like imperfect function,low efficiency of the achievements transformation of the marine fishery technology,the poor innovative ability and funds shortage in the marine fishery technology.Based on the empirical research achievements in marine fishery technology in domestic provinces and foreign coastal countries,we put forward some suggestions on the establishment of the new marine fishery technology extension system like increasing investment in marine fishery technology supported by the government,cultivating high-quality fishery extension persons,promoting the innovation and strengthening the status of fishery technology extension institutions.
