| Recent years, with the rapid heading up of domestic auto industry, China’smarket develops repaidly, more and more China automobiles gain the acceptanceof domestic and international consumers. Because of f the good marketphenomenon, it’s necessary for us to study the research personnel who support themarket, that is in the fierce market environment, the core competitiveness of theautomotive industry---the development department, the development group and thedevelopment personnel are the most precious resources, the performanceevaluation of these groups not in relation to their own salary is promotion andtraining, but whether the company can keep or appeal to more important talents, sovisible companies to adopt what kind of performance evaluation system.In this knowledge-based society, R&D department and R&D team and R&Dpersonnel appears as knowledge workers in this group, they are increasingly valuedby the companies, they offer companies creative resource.
