Suzhou Tourism And Financial High Vocational Schools Logistics Training Room Construction Project Management And Control Research

As an important branch subject of modern management science, project management has distinct advantages in quality control, procedure control, manufacturing control which offers a new view for school project management.Suzhou tourism and finance institute (STFI) invest on the building of modern logistics lab, which provides good training for qualified logistic talents, in order to meet the market’needs for logistic talents.The thesis tries to state the necessity and basic situation of the construction of logistic labs in STFI. Based on the theory of project control and management, this thesis elaborates the process of the logistic lab project to ensure this project can be finished in best times without the sacrifice of the quality. This thesis tries to provide help for the construction of logistic labs in vocational schools and contribute to the further development of project management in teaching field.
