In the era of knowledge economy, the importance of knowledge is obvious, people must also play an important role as the main carrier of knowledge. Therefore, It’s necessary that the knowledge workers enter people’s vision, and being paid attention. Knowledge workers have their own characteristics, the way of motivation to them are naturally different. In addition, job burnout is prevalent in social work environment, the productivity of knowledge workers must be greatly affected. The company’s most valuable asset is its possession of the knowledge worker in21st century, knowledge workers create wealth through its production rate of enterprises, So the priority is to find a way to improve the productivity of knowledge worker.The studies about knowledge worker are more concentrated in terms of the influencing factors of job performance and job burnout, and less for the study of the relationship among the three variables, especially about study of relationship between incentive mechanism and job burnout, there is little domestic empirical research except some qualitative research. Therefore, three hypothesis are proposed on the basis of a review of previous studies. The survey targets are knowledge workers of the enterprises in this study, and use empirical research method to test the relationship among the three variables.A framework of the research design is proposed through the reading of the literature; the role of questionnaire is to use the scale to measure explanatory variables through collecting the data, the use of, then analyze the relationship between the various indicators and indicators one by one, and finally we draw relevant conclusions. The tools of data analysis and processing are softwares of SPSS17.0and structural equation model AMOS17.0. The main conclusions are as follows:The motivation mechanism plays a moderating role between job burnout and knowledge worker productivity, that means the motivation mechanism moderates the relationship between job burnout and knowledge worker productivity, the better perception of corporate motivation mechanism will reduce the feeling of job burnout, the productivity will increase.There is a significant relationship between motivation mechanism and job burnout, the motivation mechanism has a significant negative impact on job burnout.There is a significant relationship between motivation mechanism and knowledge worker productivity, the motivation mechanism has a significant positive impact on knowledge worker productivity.There is a significant relationship between job burnout and knowledge worker productivity, the job burnout has a significant negative impact on knowledge worker productivity.Some dimensions of motivation mechanism、job burnout、knowledge worker productivity in the demographics have significant differences.
