Burnout is prolonged response to chronic stress on the job,and is defined by the three dimensions of exhaustion,cynicism and inefficacy. It is used to describe as a series of negative symptoms, such as tiredness,ability descent, passion losing to work, and lack of achievement at work. Burnout is a new research in recent years. In China, the study of burnout began very late and has few practice study. To know job burnout how to affect knowledge worker,In the study,we will use MBI-GS strain and the burnout's first reason survey.the front contain the version of its three weight table,a total of 15 projects.the latter contain a total of three questionnaire fatigue traction variables conceptual structure face,measuring six institutions face of a total of 28 projects. conducted a study of staff knowledge,the following conclusions :Working strain is caused by many factors, and different factors on the work of the three realms with different ailments influence. Opposite but talk ,Emotional exhaustion and cynicism in two dimensions is on a higher level,than in the achievement lower. Working tirelessly on the impact of factors,demographic variables and organizational factors and family factors affect larger and more strain on an average work, and occupational factors on the work tirelessly little impact.Units to deal with issues of fairness, training systems and communication problems to work tirelessly also affect larger, the need to solve problems in the process of maintaining a fair and equitable result,a good training system to encourage staff to maintain good communication with the family.
