Chinese traditional medicine is the essence of Chinese culture and ancientcivilization for thousands of years. It is the crystallization of the wisdom of theChinese nation. It is also the industry with the highest development potential and themost advantage of independent intellectual property right. At present, many regions takethe form of industrial cluster to develop industries and take it as the main body ofmarking. The aim of doing that is to steady or obtain the advantageous resources in theincreasingly fierce industry competitions. Analyzing and researching marketing strategyfrom industry level is the new topic in the field of marketing management and research.The development of industry is influenced by many aspects, for example, it is not onlyinfluenced by the national policy, but also influenced by many other aspects such aslocal environments. Especially the industry development of domestic Chinesetraditional medicine is still stagnated at the situation of relying on the industry policiesand relying on the investment alone. Systematic theories have not been formed in theaspect that aiming at excavation of industrial resources and the presentation ofadvantageous conditions, forming the attraction for enterprises and facilitating agencythrough the adjustment of the industrial structure to mobilize the developing opportunity.Through the analytical investigation of the industrial environment of traditional Chinesemedicine and mature medicine industry cluster area, the following conclusion can begot: With the escalation of the market economy and industry extension, the industrialdevelopment needs further promotion by scientific marketing theories and concepts andthe regional advantage of traditional Chinese medicine can be advanced by making useof the practicable resources in the industry chain. Through SWOT analysis, theconclusion is made that Zhongshan City has the congenital condition and the industrialbase to develop traditional Chinese medicine. The key is to judge the market conditioncorrectly and formulate industrial strategies specifically to form more powerful jointforces from the actual situation of traditional Chinese medicine industry. In this paper,take the phenomena of the industry agglomeration formation in the town of Nan Langas an example, this industry project of the Chinese traditional medicine industry baseas the main object, and deeply discusses the marketing strategies, methods andideas, analyses comprehensively how Zhongshan to play its best role for thedevelopment of Chinese medicine under the background of "energy conservation andenvironmental protection, industrial upgrading", with the help of the industrial platformfocused on traditional Chinese medicine.
