The Highway Supervision industry has developed more than20years from the1980s. Along with the development and transformation of the Chinese economy, the construction of transportation infrastructure has been in rapid development period. The relatives have strong demand for infrastructure construction. In this critical stage of economic development, the human resources management of highway supervision industry is particularly important, while the increasingly fierce market competition. In this, how to improve the employees job satisfaction of supervision industry and further to ensure the healthy development of supervision industry become more important.SD Company is a multi-functional, modern technology advisory services enterprise, who can be ahead with the engineering construction management business. Based on the consulting business, it takes project management and project agent as development direction. In this paper, based on literature, starting from the influencing factors of employee job satisfaction and constitute dimension, to take all the staff of SD Company as the investigation, to analysis of the difference of the employees in the various dimensions of job satisfaction, and finally based on the results, it gives comments and suggestions to enhance employee job satisfaction.The article has three parts. The first part sorts out, analyzes and comments the theory about concept of job satisfaction, relevant literature to sort out the theoretical foundation, the antecedents and outcome variables, and job satisfaction latitude and measurement. Based on the literature, the article determines the direction of this research. The second part measures the differences on the various dimensions of employee job satisfaction. It analyzes the employees’aesthesis about the dimensions of job satisfaction with different characteristics. Based on a literature review and data analysis results, the third part proposes management recommendations to improve employee job satisfaction.The main conclusions of the article are as follows:First, employees with different demographic variables have differences in employee job satisfaction and its various dimensions, among which there is significant diversity of employees from different gender, age, length of service, different levels of education and positions, and different titles, in the dimensions of employees’job satisfaction (payment satisfaction, supervisor satisfaction, and development satisfaction). Second, it’s learned form the data analysis that the scores of development satisfaction and supervisor satisfaction are the lowest, followed by the payment satisfaction. Based on the results of data analysis, if you want to increase employee job satisfaction, and promote the coordinated development of the company and employees, you should start from five steps such as staff development, leadership building and remuneration aspects to make sure to achieve a good incentive effect and to promote the sustainable and healthy development of SD company.The main innovations of the article are as follows:First, taking the supervision enterprises as the study sample, the study analyzes the status of staff job satisfaction of the Project Management Industry. Second, this article gives suggestions to improve employee job satisfaction from four aspects as improving staff development satisfaction, staff supervisor satisfaction, payment satisfaction, creating a good atmosphere for business.
