Water purifier appliances rose in China in the early1990s. The initial product is a household activated carbon water purifier and then in1991the first UF water purifier was presented to the public. At the beginning of the twenty-first century, some of the domestic drinking water resources are deteriorating. A lot of home water purification equipment has begun to be accepted by the ordinary people. It breaks the situation that the bottled water and drinking fountains outshine other industrial products, and gradually the water purification of drinking water and household appliances industry exist as the core electrical industry. The water purifier is a vital force in the water appliances market. Its price is cheaper than the bottled water consumption after installation. This is the new formation of drinking water lifestyle.Company A is a professional manufacturer of water appliances enterprise. The division of household water purification equipment established in2005, and then the process of R&D started, production and marketing of household water purification equipment. At that time, the commanding heights of the household water purification equipment have been occupied by another domestic professional brand. In the same year, the well-known brand M got involved into this area and continued investment in the marketing of the category. More brands began to get involved into household water purification equipment. Although there are a large number of specialized and comprehensive participation of the famous brands and the growth of the market sales are doubling every year, we are limited to the routine of traditional home appliances. Occasional breakthrough only tastes a single bite of this. So that manufacturers and the dealers are very confused on the idea of the operation of the market confusion. This means that they all know that the prospects are very bright, but they don’t know how to fit market demand and promote the sale.In this context, I hope we can make a set of effective market development model for Company A, according to the characteristics of the household water purification equipment, the market development stage, as well as the learned lessons. This model describes the model of operation of water purification equipment, the introduction of the characteristics of the main sales channels and the effectiveness of various methods of operation, eventually will help to make the various models of operation, especially for the companies, which are similar to Company A.
