Reuse-Based Research On Project Process Management Of Real Estate Enterprise

As the government constantly strengthens the macro-control policy, the real estateenterprises have to face severe challenges. They have to improve the operation andmanagement to keep sustainable and healthy development. Compared with traditionalindustry, the whole productivity and maturity in real estate are far behind, and one of themost important reasons is the shortage of process management in the real business.Under the environment, the organizations in the industry should use the reuse theory forreference and take advantage of IT, in order to enhance the standardization level ofoperation and management during each phase of project entire life cycle, and to realizeproject process management as well as industry development.The paper combines reuse theory and BIM technology to structure the reusedbuilding information modeling (RBIM), in which the project entity and related projectinformation are integrated. The RBIM is the reused base of real estate enterprise, andalso provide a cooperation platoon for the participation organizations during overallprocess. It discusses the reused component modularization of project which ought to beused to enhance the operation and management standardization level. It also advisesestablish enterprises strategic alliance and combines with a case to illustrate therealization of process management under the cooperation of all organizations throughmodule reusing.
