Human resource is the enterprise most important resources, for enterprises to obtain competitive advantage, as the core of human resource management, performance management is the core competitiveness of enterprises to obtain a key ring, is a global scale have been attracting more and more attention and application. How to design and establish standard, perfect, system of performance management system for enterprise development has become an extremely important part of the work.This article from the performance management theory, through field investigation, the Wuhai YT coal company performance evaluation system in making an objective analysis and evaluation, analysed Wuhai YT coal company’s existing performance appraisal system problems, find out the influence of performance appraisal system of the various possible factors, and put forward improvement ideas and views.In this paper, the use of performance management theory, the method of linking theory with reality, for the company to establish the performance index system.
