In domestic logistics enterprise, due to the nature of work pay attention to homework layer and management, division of decision-making in thought stressed normalization, standardization, the action that "upload issued", each doing his own job, management and staff communication between less, so its performance management is arbitrary, performance appraisal culture is missing, and the strategic goal of the separation of the phenomenon. Logistics enterprise to in the fierce market competition, must focus more on enterprise management, human resources management, especially the performance management research and execution.A complete set of feasible performance evaluation system can not only make employees better planning career, also can ensure the company’s strategy of objectives, and promote the company’s internal and external market strategy health operation adjustment, to company human resource management has important significance. First, the use of performance appraisal results of the real bad timely guidance, staff training, and to help them to conduct the performance improvement; Second, the performance evaluation for providing information feedback, help staff self development; Moreover, through to the use of the evaluation result, establish systematic feedback system.This paper applied the theory of human resources management performance assessment theory as the theoretical basis of the research, and based on theoretical guidance PDCA, in a logistics enterprise development strategy of the three, considering the logistics enterprise industry characteristics, decided its employee performance assessment work shall have its characteristics and service in the industry development strategy. Through to a logistics enterprise staffs performance is examined the present situation of investigation, analyzed the problems existing in extremely causes, in order to solve the problem as the guidance, the application of the theory to complete its performance appraisal PDCA the measures, the paper puts forward corresponding security measures, and I hope to peer enterprises be helpful.
