A Company Of International Logistics Outsourcing Management

As the prerequisite of International Trade's development, International Logistics is very important for our country's International Trade's development.Today, Logistics Outsourcing becomes the trend of the International Logistics development, Chinese enterprise were convinced that Logistics Outsourcing can help them to concentrate their resources for key competition capability's development. But Chinese enterprise always fail to implement their Logistics Outsourcing just because they are poorly experienced in it, so it's very important to study how to successfully operate Logistics Outsourcing strategy in International Logistics management.In chapter one, the author illuminate the background and the purpose of this thesis, introduce the method and the construction of this article, then review the relative theory in chapter two. In chapter three, the author study the operation of A company's International Logistic management. In chapter four, the author analyze the current problem of A company's International Logistic management and give some advise to solve these problem. In chapter five, the author express the enlighten getting from the case of A company from four aspect: necessary condition for Logistics Outsourcing, Third Party Logistics' selecting method and Third Party Logistics' management, Cognition strengthens of strategic collaboration. The chapter six is the conclusion of this thesis.The thesis' original point is:PDCA theory is always used in TQM (Total Quality Management), seldom used in the thesis of International Logistics Outsourcing Management. In this thesis the author use the PDCA theory to analysis the problem for A company's International Logistics Outsourcing Management and give the advise to solve this problem.This thesis uses the method of combining the theory and practice. Using A company's International Logistics Outsourcing management as the object, analyze the experience and find the problem of A company, and using this case to get enlighten.
