The Current Situation And Strategy Research On Agricultural Techniques Extension In Jiangxi Province

Agricultural extension is the continuation and development of agricultural science and technology. At present, the agriculture and rural economy has entered a new stage of development, which has made remarkable achievements and played a significant role in the development of the national economy. Many researchers created some new agricultural extension model according to local development characteristics, however there was a cluttered around the situation due to lack of a unified theoretical guidance. So many researchers focused on the problem. Based on the domestic and agricultural extension model system, we designed the suitable local agricultural extension model to promote agricultural and rural economic development, government regulation of agriculture and rural work started to provide a theoretical basis.In this study, we took agricultural extension in Jiangxi Province for example. The promotion of farming, fisheries extension, agricultural extension and rural business management were analyzed comprehensively, and the following problems were found: Not obvious public welfare; not long management; weak promotion team, the lower the quality of personnel; not active government’s agricultural extension system, incompatible with market requirements; emphasis on research, ignoring the importance of the promotion; promotion of research and applications out of touch; animal existence "re-vaccination, light culture" tendencies; insufficient attention to the education of farmers and so on.For this situation, the author proposed that we should strengthen the thoughts and suggestions of agricultural extension in Jiangxi Province. As followed:First, reform the science and technology approach and working mechanism; Second, establish regional integrated agricultural extension service stations; third, increase investment in agricultural extension, agricultural extension system to protect the healthy operation; Fourth, integrate agricultural extension team to improve the quality of personnel; Fifth, adjust the existing agricultural research institutions, reform of agricultural technology development operation mechanism, etc.
