The human resource strategy and planning are gradually acknowledged and accepted by domestic enterprises. With China economy has gradually entry into the world economy, China enterprises are facing with a global business environment, and especially human resources environment. Human resource management also increased to the level of strategic management, as more and more enterprises valued. The optimization of this human resource management system not only in raising the SY company’s overall level of human resources management, but also guiding other small and medium-size enterprises of China’s human resource management system.By SY Company’s modernization level of Human Resource Management research and analysis, we find that the company has existed bigger deficiency in the field of Human Resource Management, The problem include the lack of scientific human resource management planning, neglect importance to human resource management functions, the staff employment mechanism is not standardized and do not emphasis construction and implementation of incentive mechanism and so on. To address the above problems, the paper uses Human Resource Management theory knowledge and experience, through the certain principles and objectives of the optimization, optimizes a Human Resource Management system for SY Company from the aspect of Human Resource organizational structure, Salary Management, performance management and training. Based on this optimization, the paper suggests the implementation of the Human Resource Management optimization in SY Company, which includes the preparation prior to the implementation, Strengthen staff training and team building, Monitoring and control and so on. And then the paper suggests that SY Company should establish the safeguards in the optimization of Human Resource Management, such as establish a unified human resource management system, management team building, constantly improve the incentive mechanism and financial security. |
