Research On Re-Configuration Of Redundant Knowledge In Service Outsourcing

Service outsourcing enterprises in China has long been engaged in similar types of repetitive business, and these enterprises makes the formation of a large number of redundant knowledge within the enterprise through experiential learning, while enterprises are facing the existing knowledge idle and effective knowledge extremely scarce coexisting in an embarrassing situation. Due to limited sources of new knowledge, the redundant knowledge for service outsourcing enterprises needs an urgent transformation of knowledge. How to re-configure redundant knowledge of the service outsourcing enterprises are facing an urgent problem.Based on Grounded theory the study explored the law of development of service outsourcing and innovation plight of China’s service outsourcing enterprises, mining the key issues facing the service innovation process of service outsourcing enterprises; this paper explored characteristics of redundant knowledge existing in the enterprise and the different types of redundant knowledge into the precipitation line, using the descriptive method of the knowledge element to find the formation mechanism of the redundant knowledge, to borrow the concepts and methods of scientific theories of thinking to illustrate the direction of evolution of redundant knowledge from the knowledge element when the state changes in both directions; the re-configuration of redundant knowledge in the basic conditions for the source of new knowledge in the distinction between service outsourcing enterprises; the analysis proved that when the new knowledge goes into corporate knowledge base, the original knowledge integration, the Inverse knowledge structured and internalization process, promote the application and absorption of knowledge and the original redundant knowledge reconfiguration, and based on architecture the study made the re-configuration model of the knowledge redundant through the establishment of a structural equation model validation.The main content of this paper is divided into six chapters, namely Chapter1: introduced the research background, the research and thesis involved research methods and technology roadmap; Chapter2:defined the connotation of service outsourcing, locked in the study software outsourcing enterprises, and summarizes the characteristics of the service outsourcing enterprises, mining the basic conditions of service outsourcing enterprises to innovate, thus, in the theory of knowledge management and value chain perspective, exploring the causes and impact elements of the service outsourcing enterprises innovation dilemma; Chapter3:Based on the knowledge spiral theory, made the concept of defining redundant knowledge, content and features of redundant sources of knowledge from the start of redundant knowledge classification and analyzed the the specific precipitation reason for all kinds of redundant knowledge and established on the model of the evolution of redundant knowledge; Chapter4:found the basic conditions for re-configuration of redundant knowledge by exploratory factor analysis, through the theoretical models established the re-configuration mechanism of redundant knowledge, and made its composition variables deconstruction; Chapters5:by identifying research method, selected the enterprise sample, and made questionnaire design, by proving reliability and validity of the questionnaire analysis, structured structural equation model, to study re-configuration of redundant knowledge; Chapter6:that is the full text systematic summary, the extraction of the innovation point of the full text specified in the existing research on the basis of the direction of future research.This study will help improve the service outsourcing enterprises awareness for the plight of their own innovation to help companies find existing resources to conduct the reconfigure key mechanism and the basic conditions needed to expand the service outsourcing enterprise knowledge management path, increasing the operability and effectiveness of China’s service outsourcing enterprise making resource allocation and it is of great significance for the help of Chinese service outsourcing enterprises to get rid of existing knowledge innovation predicament.
