The Eighteenth National Congress' reform of financial and taxation system and the reform of the administrative system have created new opportunities for domestic outsourcing services.The third renovation of Internet and communication technology also makes the outsourcing services industry entered the CCES3.0 age.The information power of big data,the Internet of things,mobile Internet and cloud computing have brought outsourcing services a new working mode of wisdom.The convergence of domestic and overseas accounting standards makes financial outsourcing services into emerging industries.Cloud outsourcing mode is the core for the outsourcing services 3.0 age,in this age,modern outsourcing services are facing challenges of upgrading service mode,operation mode,delivery mode and business mode,as well as transformation from knowledge-intensive to data-intensive.Sharing Power management consulting Co.Ltd,a company which specializes in providing financial outsourcing services,is currently facing a market of large capacity,low-price competition and young customers who are lack of financial knowledge.It has an energetic yet not mature team,which has low working efficiency,incomplete communication and many other confusions.Based on labor division theory,core competitiveness theory,trade cost theory,value chain theory and outsourcing theory,this paper is a case study of Sharing Power management consulting Co.Ltd.Combining macro and micro environment,this paper mainly adopts interview,literature study,case study,forecast analysis,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis as research methods.It comprehensively evaluate the current situation of Sharing Power's financial outsourcing services,and proposes innovative strategies such as differentiation of market positioning,product differentiation,service pattern diversification,informationalization of service platform and professionalization of the service team.It also brings forward implementation steps and countermeasure solutions as such market channel construction,stabilization of key members,seeking partners and effective integration of resources for each innovative strategy.Through this research,we can not only provide ways for traditional enterprises to adapt to the new environment,but also the experience and reference for expanding business.In this paper,the following conclusions of innovative management for outsourcing are drawn:First,we should increase core competitiveness by providing diversified and high-end outsourcing services which are based on market,enterprise scale,strength,characteristics and needs.Second,we should focus on enhancing the efficiency and technology in the field of expertise,accumulate experience,promote delivery ability,and effectively control outsourcing risk.Third,we should build informationalized service platform,and adapt to the new changes of technological innovation.Fourth,we should improve international competitiveness by cultivating high-end service outsourcing talents with international vision.
