The Research On Enterprise Patent Strategy And System Structure

In21st century, the economical globalization has strengthen the mechanism of competition and cooperation. The world economic competition, competition in overall national strength is becoming more and more for the performance of the science and technology level of fierce competition. Therefore, countries have set the intellectual property laws and regulations, to protect its intellectual property rights, by raising the level of science and technology innovation to enhance the international competitiveness. Along with our country join WTO, our country’s enterprises in the competition face a severe challenge, Chinese enterprises face the international competition is becoming intenser, new international market rules are formed, intangible intellectual property to start with the visible trade hook. At present, some multinational companies have been frequently is all kinds of patent infringement lawsuit to enterprises in our country, our country’s enterprises in the international competition have suffered great losses. In this case, how to help the enterprises in the future competition to keep their own living space, has become enterprises’ imminent reality problem.Through the business circles and academia to domestic patent strategy research of the related works of literature analysis, we can see that our country’s patent strategy research has made great progress and good results. At the same time, Chinese patent work has made great progress, patent number is increasing, meanwhile, we also should see more of our country’s enterprises patent work faces many problems. This paper is aimed to analyses these problems, puts forward our country’s enterprise patent strategy and the content in the patent strategy implementation process. And through a series of enterprise internal patent management system construction, to ensure the implementation of the patent strategy, enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises in our country.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part mainly analyzes the enterprise patent strategy and the background of the implementation of the purpose, significance. The second part is the experts and scholars at home and abroad to the enterprise patent strategy research are summarized, and carries on the review. The third part discusses the premise that our country’s enterprise patent status and strategic needs. The fourth part discusses the basic content of patent strategy. The fifth part discusses in detail the implementation of enterprise patent strategy framework, namely patent system construction. The sixth part is the conclusion, this paper’s contents are summarized, and the future of the research in this paper is prospected.The innovation point of the paper is that, I take the management method of SWOT when analyze the current situation of enterprise patent,and then locate the enterprise patent strategy.
