The Realized Degree Research Of Building A Comprehensive Well-off Society In Shandong Province

The16th National Congress of China put forward the goal of building acomprehensive well-off society in the first20years of this century. Because of goodgeography condition and competitive economy foundation, Shandong province proposedto complete the comprehensive well-off society goal in2012. This paper mainly throughanalyzing the realized degree of a comprehensive well-off society in Shandong province,then summarizes the gap between the present situation of Shandong province and thecomprehensive well-off society, then found the insufficiency and the restriction factor inShandong province, and puts forward good strategy according to the situation ofShandong province.This paper mainly compares the current situation of Shandong province with theCPC’s10standard contrast of an overall well-off society, then find out the overallwell-off realize degree of Shandong province, and the shortage is that the rural area indevelopment lags behind and medical and health services of lag behind. Finally find outthe gap between urban and rural areas by using the grey relational analysis method, andanalysis reason of the poor development of medical health service from a theoreticalperspective in Shandong province.Through the analysis of this paper, the key points of building the well-off society arethat further narrowing the gap, speeding up the coordination of urban and ruraldevelopment and speeding up the construction of the whole medical level in Shandongprovince. The next step we should adjust the industrial structure, speed up theindustrialization process, as well as adjusting the national income distribution structureand the structure of fiscal expenditure, and further intensify the investment in agricultureand countryside and support, timely system innovation, and constantly improve thegovernment’s management level and coordination and other measures become the basicway to realize the well-off society.
