A Study On The Satisfaction Level Of The Basic Medical Insurance System For Urban Residents

With the improvement of medical insurance, Urban workers groups, groups ofpersons with disabilities, farmers have been incorporated into the basic medicalinsurance system of social planning，Then, groups of college students have beenincluded in the basic medical insurance for urban residents，However, the presentbasic medical insurance system cannot fully meet the students’ demand for medicalservices, There is still much room for improvement. In this study, the insured studentsatisfaction as the angle of view, through empirical investigation, satisfactionevaluation of college students to participate in the basic medical insurance for urbanresidents, find the main influencing factors of the satisfaction, so as to find theexisting problems, and then put forward some suggestions.In this study, domestic and foreign to the satisfaction of the medical insurancesystem and the theoretical basis of research results, combined with the actual situationin Shijiazhuang City participating students, using the method of combination oftheoretical research and empirical research, access to relevant data about the insuredstudent satisfaction by questionnaire survey, analysis of the current situation of theinsured student satisfaction, find the main factors affecting the insurance of collegestudents satisfaction. Statistical analysis methods adopted in this research mainlyinclude: reliability test, validity test, variance analysis, descriptive statistics analysis,T test and multiple regression analysis.According to the results of the survey, Shijiazhuang City insurance studentsoverall satisfaction of the basic medical insurance system for urban residents is70.09on average, according to the standard satisfaction evaluation set, show that the insuredthe university students in general to the present system satisfied; wherein,participating students were satisfied with the policy, the service evaluation of thegeneral, not satisfied with the school hospital services, gender no significant effect onoverall satisfaction, family monthly income has a significant effect on overall satisfaction. Through regression analysis, the causal relationship between policysatisfaction, school satisfaction and overall satisfaction of hospital services, there isno causal relationship between the service satisfaction and overall satisfaction;payment level, the doctor’s professional level, the pay line, drug effect, reimbursementscope, policy propaganda and so on are the main factors that affect the overallsatisfaction. The results for statistical analysis, analysis of the characteristics ofShijiazhuang based on specific environment and college students, combined with thesuccessful experience of domestic and foreign students of the medical insurancesystem, puts forward improving suggestions insured student satisfaction.
