CQGD Armoured Car Company was founded in2001, Chongqing City. It is an armoured car company which provides secure transport and professional armed transport for banks and society. In recent years, the company is in transition from a planned to a market period, and the traditional management methods no longer meet the current needs of the company’s development. It is necessary to set up the more adaptive development strategy of the company.This paper aims to explore the development of CQGD Armoured Car Company. The author analyses the internal and external environment of the company, and then sums up the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. On this basis, the strategic objective, the company’s overall strategy and competitive strategy have been determined. Finally, strategy of implementing measures has been putted forward, and the strategic control suggestion has been given.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is about CQGD Armoured Car Company’s brief introduction and existing problems. This chapter first summarizes the found of CQGD Company and the course of development, and then introduces the main business and the present situation. What’s more, it put forward the outstanding issues of company.The second chapter is CQGD Armoured Car Company’s strategic analysis. First, this chapter outlines the theory of strategic management. Then, it analyses the inner and outer environment of the company. And then the SWOT method was used to summarize the development of company strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.The third chapter is about formulating CQGD Armoured Car Company’s strategy. According to the present situation and SWOT analysis, the company’s strategic objectives are determined, and respectively, company’s overall strategy, competitive strategy and functional strategies of the relevant functional departments are also given.The fourth chapter is about CQGD Company’s strategic implementation and control suggestions. First of all it introduces the company strategy implementation suggestions and the specific way to execute the company strategy implementation. The company should adjust the structure of the organization and strengthen human resources management, do the science and technology information management, improve operational management, and promote the construction of enterprise culture and enterprise brand. At last, it puts forward the suggestions of Company’s control strategic.In this paper, the future developments of the CQGD Armoured Car Company are analyzed from the perspective of strategic management and some Suggestions are given. Suggestions mentioned in this article are partly being implemented at present by the company.
