The Architecture And Application Of Quality Management Of Satellite Development Projects

This paper researched and established a performance assessment system based on theexcellent performance assessment standard and quality management structure of satellitedevelopment projects. By quantitatively assessing the performance and the maturity levelof quality management of satellite development projects and correctly seeking out theweakness of management for improvement, the system can improve the qualitymanagement level and competitiveness, promote the quality management maturity andcontinuously ensure the success of the satellite development projects.Based on the combination of the excellent performance assessment standard, domesticmilitary and civil quality management system and engineering practice of satellitedevelopment projects, this paper created the quality management performance assessmentanalytical table, quality management structure and quality management maturityassessment model for satellite development projects. Finally, supported by the quantitativeresults of performance and maturity assessment of a satellite development project as anexample, this paper verified the correctness and practicability of the quality managementperformance assessment system of satellite development projects.
