The Research On The Hierarchy Construction Of Public Service Facilities In Small Towns In Eastern Hubei Province

Work of pushing urbanization has proceeded in an all-round way, in which theconstruction and development of small towns are the emphasis of development direction.This is also a problem how to ensure that the small towns have an innocuous and healthydevelopment, which should be thought at times for all classes of people. In China, thereare huge numbers of small towns, while also due to local characteristics or relatedlimitations show a variety of development approach. It can be said that every small townhas own unique model of development. However, its basis of development is investigated,which improves the quality of life of urban residents, optimizes the development structureof urban industry, and expands the scale of urban construction. However, achievement ofthese objectives needs to work together with workers in all walks of life.Public service facilities of small towns not only are important parts of urbanconstruction, but also important organization which cannot be lost by life of residents. Indifferent development environments, public services facilities of small towns havesignificant change from own characteristics of development to the outside requirement ofservices. The previous own government plans to construct its development in the time ofthe planned economy, which transited to now various development department have anintegrated construction; The previous limitation of objects of service transited to use theservice ability to attract users now; The previous single functional organization evolvedinto now multiple functional complexes. These changes show that public service facilitiesof small towns develop constantly with robust system and reasonable operation.In this study, it aims at promoting construction of public service facilities in smalltowns. Through field exploration, sending questionnaires, interviews with people, networkconsultation, arrangement of literature and other research techniques, carried out researchwork for several small towns in eastern Hubei Province, and get a lot of primaryliteratures and data of film and television about the status of use of public service facilitiesin towns, planning and construction and other aspects. Meanwhile, in the study, added tosystem on living area of towns which is transformed by the concept of urban living area. Based on deep understanding the use and construction of the related public servicefacilities for typical towns, and combined with cases of practical planning to carry outassistant validation, so that got the relevant suggestive contents of construction of thepublic service facilities in small towns.
