The Study Of The Public Service Facility Configurable Optimization For Tourism Small Town In South Anhui Province

In the requirement of new urbanization, tourism universalness and equal public services and a series of national policy, the security of residents and visitors' daily activities of the public service facilities configuration optimization is becoming more and more attention. In the research status of the urban public service facilities system in China, small towns' public service facilities is still obviously lags behind the urban public service facilities, and the studies of small towns' public service facilities allocation research is less. Which is not consistent with urban-rural dual structure and realize the goal of equal public services. Tourism towns, they are generally in the common fault of the public service facilities configuration. The study of the particularity of small cities and towns' tourism public service facilities allocation optimization strategy research is urgent.In this paper, using the method of social investigation, literature induction, comparison analysis and mathematical statistics methods, to compare the analysis of general towns and tourist town of public service, and to clear the particularity of public service facilities in the process of configuration in tourist towns in South Anhui. It is concluded that the the breakthrough point of the work is in the configuration content, configuration, size and spatial location optimization. Think about the public service facilities maneuverability optimization process and the configuration features in tourism urban public service facilities, takes forward the tourism urban public service facilities to optimize the four principles, they are parallel to the coordination principle, the principle of scale proofreading, demand oriented principle and elastic equilibrium principle. Based on this, it concludes that the supporting content of tourism urban public service facilities, and forwards the analysis of the characteristics of the various public service facilities with other different method, like the optimization of the turnover of breach, size prediction facility size prediction method, spatial layout of the facilities, space location of the facilities, to complete public service facilities optimization strategy in tourism small towns in the South Anhui.Finally, this study is using the example of Chengkan Town, has an innovation of public service facilities configuration optimization strategy to be used and tested, to prove the applicability of the optimization strategy of the public service facilities.
