Mainly includes the following content:Elaborate the development status of China’s high-tech industries, includinghigh-tech industries development status and the exist problems of the regionalhigh-tech industry development over the years.Analysis the mechanism of high-tech industry on the regional economy, based onthe theory of economic growth and the regional economic theory, including high-techindustry to promote regional economic development and high-tech industry to thepotential negative impact on regional economic development.In research methods, using the location quotient method to estimates regionalconcentration of high-tech industry, and introduce the commonly used models in thecalculation of the contribution rate of high-tech industry to regional economicdevelopment: Feder model, and C-D production function model. Using the regionalindustry relevance theory to analysis the association effect of the high-tech industry.Making the empirical analysis based on the theories and models, using the C-Dproduction function model to measure the contribution rate of high-tech industry tothe regional economic; the high-tech industry association effect analysis includesthree sections: the association effect between the regional high-tech industries, theassociation between high-tech industries and traditional industries, and the industryspread effect analysis of high-tech industries. Through the empirical research, todetermine the regional concentration of high-tech industry, to determine thecontribution rate of the different regions of the high-tech industry to the regionaleconomic growth, and determine the impact of high-tech industries to the regionalindustrial structure upgrade. And also determine the industrial departments whichhave advantages related effects and the priority development departments in the region, in order to provide guidance to the development of high-tech industrialdevelopment policies and regional economic development policies in differentregions.Finally, propose the suggestion to create a regional high-tech industry sustainedand stable development environment, and expound the deficiencies of the paper anddescribed the prospect for the future research.
