Especially the high-tech pharmaceutical industry, it as the relationship between the national life and health, high-tech intensive international life industry has important research value. Moreover, the pharmaceutical industry as a typical technology-driven industries, industrial clustering and technological innovation is an important factor in promoting its development.In this study, quantitative research and qualitative research combined with the use of high-tech pharmaceutical industry, to analyze data at the regional level of Henan, Shanxi, Hubei, Anhui, Hunan, Jiangxi Province. Bits of entropy use areas as industrial agglomeration degree measure indicators. BP neural network method to measure the level of technological innovation. And then using the relationship between industry concentration and technological innovation line chart, a combination of both the Pearson correlation coefficient, explore the relationship between them. Thereby providing decision support for policies that promote economic development.The study found a positive correlation between industry concentration and technological innovation, and has a different degree of correlation between changes.
