With the deepening of globalization in the computer industry,manufacturing commands lower values added to the products than R&D andmarketing. And the division of manufacturing has been more detailed thanbefore. Outsourcing is more prevalent in the computer manufacturingindustry. As a result, procurement management has become part of corecompetence of the enterprise. In procurement management, vendor selectionand order allocation have important practical significance, which directlyaffect the performance of procurement.Based on theories of supply chain management and risk management, inthis thesis we try to establish an efficient index system for vendor selection inthe ultrabook project of M company. We assign weights among indices byusing the entropy method. And then adapt the TOPSIS method to rankqualified suppliers, so that we could select high performance vendors andrelease business awards. In this dissertation, we propose to use the AHPmethod for order allocation based on supply risk analysis. And then, the caseof HDI PCB procurement demonstrates that these methods and processes areeffective. Finally, the thesis gives conclusions,and presents the prospect ofthis topic in further studies. We hope this dissertation could provideenterprises with a reference for vendor selection and order allocation. |
