In this paper, the background of the paper and S Corporation is introduced firstly; secondly the author elaborates the theory of supply chain, supply chain management, purchase management, vendor management and inventory control step by step.During the elaboration, the author analyzes the current problem of purchase and inventory for S Corporation. For purchase management, the JIT purchase strategy is put forward based on the character of enterprise,and also the author introduces the exact application. Adopting method of"satisfy resemblance", the author optimizes the selection of vendor, and introduces the classification of vendor for S Corporation; lastly, the author hopes to control the inventory of stock parts for S Corporation utilizing the way of VMI. And through the way, the cost can be cut down.Based on the optimization of supply management for S Corporation, the author hope she can select the satisfying vendor utilizing the scientific method, and improve the economic benefit for the enterprise, as well as cut down the cost of purchase and inventory.
