| The development of economy and expansion of city lead to some city problems, suchas traffic congestion, environmental pollution, and so on. These problems not only bringinconvenience to residents, but also threaten the sustainable development of city. In orderto propose solution, it is necessary to improve the city logistics system constantly.However, because of many influence factors and intricate relationship between them, it isimpossible to improve all aspects simultaneously. So it is necessary to identify the keyinfluence factors. Under the guidance of the key factors, it gives planning proposal.Based on the former research, considering the adverse impact from city logisticsdevelopment, and adding to my own understanding, this paper puts forward21influencefactors from four aspects, such as logistics infrastructures, environmental impacts, controlmeasures and logistics service level. Then, it applies the fuzzy DEMATEL (DecisionMaking Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) method to analyze mutual impact betweenfactors. Calculate influential impact, influenced impact, reason degree and centrad of eachfactor according to analysis results, and then draw the cause-effect relationship diagrams.Analyze each factor gradually, and identify six key influence factors of the city logistics,such as information service and communications infrastructure, transport route networks,hub for air freight, logistics centers, traffic congestion and logistics cost. Finally,connecting key factors with the elements of city logistics system, and taking Wuhan forthe example, on the basis of the orientation of city logistics system, propose Wuhanlogistics planning from logistics infrastructure, information platform and policy system.This paper studies city logistics from the perspect of influence factors, on the basis ofkey influence factors, which put forward planning proposal from the government. It givesa new research angle on city logistics and significant guidance on city logistics planningproposal. |
