Research On The Planning Layout Of Chongqing Logistics Infrastructure In The Content Of Developing Towards A National Central Metropolitan City

With modern technology, modern logistics as a new industry with rapid development in China,is becoming an important pillar industry of national economy. By traffic advantages of connecting the Eurasian continental bridge, East Asia– Pacific, South Asia- the Indian Ocean, and the waters of the Yangtze River, modern logistics develop flourish, thus contributing Chongqing to further develop the western gateway, promoting urbanization and the process of industrialization, enhancing the city's comprehensive competitiveness and further promoting the implementation of western development strategy. However, Chongqing's ability and level of the overall logistics service can not adapt to modern urban development and the needs of industrial layout adjustment, and are not matched to the southwestern municipality transport hub and economic center of Yangtze River and goals of national central metropolitan city. Therefore, based on status of Chongqing's economic and transportation development, to research the development of modern logistics in Chongqing is very urgent and necessary. Logistics infrastructure as the basal support for modern logistics, reasonable arrange logistics infrastructure is the key to promote the development of modern logistics and rapid economic growth of Chongqing and economic hinterland.This paper mainly includes the following four parts:the need of which Chongqing constructs logistics infrastructure for the national central metropolitan city; theories of logistics infrastructure layout;basic conditions of which Chongqing constructs logistics infrastructure;the planning layout of Chongqing logistics infrastructure.First part,the need of which Chongqing constructs logistics infrastructure for the national central metropolitan city. Firstly, research two important concepts:the"National Central Metropolitan City","Logistics Infrastructure",from the national central metropolitan should be the logistics center city at first,which puts forward higher demands to logistics center city,and the role of logistics infrastructure,the need for Chongqing building logistics infrastructure to realize the target of the national central metropolitan city at last. Secondly, analyze the capabilities and location of Chongqing to build the national central metropolitan city,and compare with other national central metropolitans city, which propose that Chongqing must be reasonable arrange logistics infrastructure to achieve the goal of the national central metropolitan city, provide bedding for planning layout of Chongqing logistics infrastructure.
