Logistics Development In Qingdao And The Regional Logistic Center City Construction

Since the 1990s, along with the fast development of economic globalization, composing an organic whole of regional enconomy, the modern logistics business has been paid close attention by the goverments and enterprises of each country in the world. The excited in each region of our country. Up to now, the developing level of recent business has affected the competitive power of the regional enconomy, yet gradually turns into the important motive power for majorizing the region enconomy structure and promoting the development of enconomy. The weakness of logistics business in the citys of our country are as following: management being uncentralized; every link being separated mutually; organized level being lower; the distribution of logistics point being out of reasonableness; the technical content being not high; the crosswise cooperation being weak; and in the supply chain, the function of logistics center being relatively dispersive and disjunctive, so to quckly establish the region logistics center is imperative.In this paper, the interrelated concept and theory are summarized. At frist, based on exploring the relationship between modern logistics business, the development of citifying as well as the port interdependent, and the industrial connection problem of the recent developing for logistics business, the developing and the requirement situation for logistics business in Qingdao are evaluated and analyzed minutly. Meanwhile, the strategic circumstance, foundation and surperiorty are researched systematically, yet the target and thinking for constructing the logistics center city in Qingdao are proposed, some interrelated countermoves and suggestions are also proposed.
