It is useful to reduce material procurement costs, ensure projectimplementation, and improve efficiency of materials. Then,we put forward material supply process optimization program, analyzed possible problemsin the implementation process, and formulated the supply target, supply plan, organizationstructure, business process reengineering and other operational management measures.Finally, we analyzed the geophysical company supplier management situation, put forwardthe strategy of supplier relationship management, discussed the focus and difficulties inthe implementation of supplier management, put forward the optimized measures. Thisstudy can help the materials supply management become more scientific and reasonable toguarantee the smooth implementation of the geophysical project.
