And to achieve this goal, the entire supply chain management, especially procurement management is particularly important.XT Polytron Technologies Inc is mainly engaged in the production of smart meters, is one of the pioneers of China’s smart table and system industry. After more than ten years of rapid development, the company in Henan, the electronics manufacturing industry is not developed areas, smart meter market share for many years ranked first in the top three. With the continuous expansion of enterprises in the domestic and international markets, improve the level of procurement management, and establish a supply chain service system to meet the high speed development of enterprises, to achieve the continuous optimization of procurement mode, supplier evaluation, procurement process, has become the top priority in the development of XT.In this paper, based on the actual situation of the company, XT company’s procurement management as the research object, investigate and analyze the company’s existing material procurement mode, supplier management, procurement process and the status quo and problems. To solve these problems, we put forward the optimization scheme of XT company’s purchasing management:not only to establish the procurement strategy, but also to improve the management of the supplier and to further improve the procurement business process. Finally, the implementation effect of the optimization scheme is summarized and analyzed.
