With the development of Information Technology, enterprise could improve theproductivity through using application system. ERP implementation, as a typical sampleof the IT project, can help enterprise manage all the internal resources and improve theirutilization. In recent decades, many Chinese Enterprises had implemented the ERPproject. But the success rate of the ERP implementation project is not high. Among themany causes of the project failure, change is one of the biggest factors. Many kinds ofthe change request take place during the ERP project implementation. Too many changerequests and lack of the standardization are the important reasons that lead to the ERPproject failure. In this study, the author took the ERP project implementation as theresearch background, analyzed IT service change management as the study objectresearched the change process and change control within IT service changemanagement during the implementation of ERP project period and provided thesolutions to the enterprise in the respect of ERP project implementation. At the sametime, IT service management can help enterprise to governance the internal ITenvironment, and IT service change management can provide the change theoreticalguidance to the IT project.Through describing the status of implementation of ERP projects and the ITservice change management development background, this study analysis the changerequirements in ERP project. That includes the type of change, change of scope andchange impact factors in analysis. In the change management practice, how to identifythe lack of the specification of the change process and the efficiency of the changecontrol will influence the change implementation results. Based on the result ofanalyzing the general change process, the author summarized five key steps in thechange process and then standardized and optimized each of the critical steps in thechange process. With all these manners, the efficiency of executing the changesimproved.In the change control period, the author worked on the change time andchange cost as the main study factors. Using PERT technology to estimate the changetime T, then calculate the change probability P {t} within the planned time. This methodcan control the change time. Through calculating the total change cost TCOC; establishing the formula CP of change cost factor; analyzing the change in the total costTCOC and the change factor CP, this method can control change cost in project.According to the results, it can set the change time and cost critical threshold value,using computer programming algorithm to realize the automatic monitoring the changeprocess. According to the research, the study tries to establish the IT service changemanagement module, as the IT service content to enterprise businesses. Finally, take thestudy of the IT service change management into ERP implementation project practice,to verify the contents of research results. In fact IT service change management needs tobe continuously optimized and improved in the ERP project implementation in theenterprise.
