The Research Of Change Prediction And Management System For Construction Project

Change management is an important aspect in construction project management,as changes constitute the main cause of schedule delay,cost overrun and other distributions. However,after-activity management which means measures are taken after the activity happened can not make enough effect in change management.Pre-activity management should be introduced.In this paper,activity based dependency structure matrix is used to analyze the interrelationships between activities in order to identify change before it will happen.Furthermore,Monte Carlo Simulation is used to realize change prediction.The Information Flow based Buffer method is developed for managing the negative affect of change.And then System Dynamic Modeling method is used to certify the effeteness of the buffer method.At the end of the paper,.Net Framework is used for integrating the change prediction system and change management system and a WEB based system has been developed by the author.The results of the research can be very helpful for project manager to manage change efficiently.
