Studies On HW Corporation Business Process Change Management

Since the early 1990’s, the ideas of management for process change have swept to the world from US, the raging trend of reform is still growing, especially with the development of economic globalization and information technology. With the arrival of Internet economic era, competition has been intensified, and it’s believed that the practice of change management and the development of theory will achieve to a higher level. In the background, the author studied on HW Company who has practiced process change successful for more than ten years and kept ongoing. First of all, the author has arranged the relations of six key elements including business, process, IT, quality, operation and organization in the process change of HW Company, and pointed out a right way to process change with comprehensive consideration of various elements. Meanwhile, the author made a deep analysis on the management of process change in HW Company, summarized the management model for process change with three factors, system, structure and method, which implemented the reform successfully, enriched the theories of management, and tried to provide a method to those companies who has implemented or prepared to implement, to ensure the success of implementation of the reform project management and achieve the desired effect.
