In today’s diversified economic environment, the team management isvery important research topic. Companies need to solve the problem,increasingly complex, the social sub increasingly clear. To solve thesecomplex, comprehensive personal forces alone can not be completed, so theimportance of the team is very obvious embodies. In a lot of well-knownmultinational enterprise, the team has become very important to the operationof the form. Teamwork allows team members to build up mutual trust,improve the members of their own skills and learn from each other, toimprove work efficiency, and create higher value for the enterprise.The research team conflict management style of team performance at theteam level, emphasis on the three team conflict management, cooperativeconflict management, competition, conflict management, and avoid the typeof conflict management for team performance. After review of the literatureand proposed theoretical assumptions, we adopt a snowball, solicited51 MBA students work team, through statistical analysis of their research data,found that cooperative conflict management and team efficiency related notsignificant competitive conflict management and team efficiencysignificantly negatively correlated to avoid the type of conflict managementwas a significant negative correlation with team efficiency.The conclusions of this study helps to understand how Chineseenterprises to improve business performance issues from the point of view ofteam conflict management, handling team conflict, improve teamperformance for managers in practice there are certain practical referencevalue.
