Team Expertise Of The Task Teams, The Core Members And Team Performance: From The Mba Program Coursework Team

The first purpose of this paper is to examine the breadth and depth of team expertise on the impact of task-based team performance to improve the operational effectiveness of the team. The second purpose is to define the core members of the task-based team by team roles and assignments based on two considerations, through the scope and breadth of expertise of the core members of the expertise on team performance factors. Third, by the above task-based team analysis, we further test the core expertise of the members of the team how to affect team performance in the process of regulation.This paper defines the context of this study-task-based team. In addition, the paper also found that task-based team of core members of the transformational leadership style and the transactional leadership style and team performance were significantly correlated.
