Based on the characteristics and the influence factors of the plan and design of realestate, the evaluation index system is established. The real estate evaluation factorsare evaluated by the principle of value engineering. The plans and designs of a realestate are put into the order. In the condition of development resources and cost, thebest plan and design of real estate t is provided.With the practical examples in engineering, in accordance with the character andinfluences of the plan and design of real estate,project orientation is used in referencefor the plan and design,which expand and extend the plan and design of realestate,and form a index-evaluation system of the real estate,make use of valueengineering to estimate the worth of the influencing factors.In the calculation processof function evaluation factor, the AHP is mainly adopted to calculate the weight ofindex.The method of experts assess is also used to count the function evaluationfactors.By the inference calculation model of value engineering,value factors arecounted and ordered,and the best plan of the real estate is selected.This article aims to analyze the individual case to provide certain reference forenterprise to make the dicision.
