In recent years, China’s automobile production and sales grew steadily. Theautomobile logistics has become a new driving force of the domestic economicgrowth. As the auto industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the thirdparty logistics vehicle distribution pattern has been used as a significant measurefor automobile manufacturing enterprises to enhance their competition abilities.From the perspective of the third party logistics, this article researches on thevehicle logistics problems of the triangular distribution network.Firstly, we analyzed the key problems of automobile logistics. there are threeaspects: construction of collaborative distribution network、simulation calculationof VRPB problem、construction of automobile logistics information managementsystem, from which we have researched in the field of domestic and internationaldevelopments and have defined the scope of the study and research emphasis.Secondly, combining the characteristics of automobile manufacturing enterprise,we have analyzed of third party logistics characteristics and vehicle distributionbusiness process, as a result, third party logistics alliance is put forward under theconcept of triangular distribution network.According to the collaborative logistics requirements, we have implementedvehicle logistics in the business layer, a layer of tissue and the information layermulti-level coordination, and have build a triangular distribution network throughthe K-means cluster analysis technology.What is more, to describe VRPB the core problem of vehicle logistics andmake the basic assumptions based on the practical details, when constructing amulti-objective model, we should add some details factors as freight rate,commodity capacity constraint, no-load factor etc. In ant colony algorithm, theupdate rule of pheromone should be changed, and adding the state transitionstrategy to implement the rapid solution. And then, the traditional vehicle VRPBand triangle distribution network VRPB vehicle problems are respectively insimulation experiment, comparing the simulation result, in order to verify thehypothesis that triangle distribution network is more advantageous to reducevehicle logistics cost and realize the optimization of resource allocation. Finally, the use of the above research findings and theoretical basis to buildthe vehicle delivery platform based on triangular distribution system in reality acorporate. According to the enterprise business, requirement analysis, and from theAngle of collaborative business process reconstruction, using Delphi、VS2005andSQL server2000software set up information management platform.Application effect analysis shows that, the research results in this paper tosolve the problem of logistics network planning, distribution and Logistics AllianceSynergy problem has certain theory value, but for the small and medium-sizedlogistics enterprises in the management practice to provide some guidance.
