With the development of economics, the Third-party logistics enterprises playan important role in the whole logistics systems. Distribution network of the3PLenterprise is a significant supporter for finishing its logistics service successfully. Asthe consolidation of inter-linked organizations and facilities in the process ofdistribution, the ultimate goal of Logistics distribution network is to satisfyend-customers requirement, develop the value of the whole supply chain. Therefore,the structure of logistics distribution network is reasonable or not will directly affecton the operation efficiency and the cost of the entire logistics system, and it will havea significant impact on enterprises' long-term development. So the research ondistribution network requires to be given higher priority by the relevant professionalsor experts. Logistics distribution system is a dynamic non-linear system with multipleact Agents. It has the characteristics of multi-level, multi-function and multi-objective,and being affected by many random factors. So the optimal solution or satisfiedsolution is difficult to obtain through the traditional analytical methods. Therefore, theanalysis on distribution network based on the theory of complex systems has a certaintheoretical and practical significance.With the extension of the supply chain, logistics enterprises need extend theirdistribution network in order to give better service level for cargo owner. In theprocess of network extending, through the researching of distribution network'sevolution rules,the scientific theoretical basis will be provided to the enterprise howto extend distribution network.Meanwhile,Logistics enterprise distribution networkcarrys a lot of cargo transport task.As the cargo distribution carrier and the cargoconnection carrier of network operation, the nodes and routes of the distributionnetwork should be consolidated reasonably, in this way, cargo can be delivered fromsupplier to user scientifically and efficiently. Therfore, this paper researched theevolution rules and the rout optimization of distribution network.The key research process and conclusions include the following sections:What the distribution network characteristics and how the distribution networknodes extend rules are the core problem for distribution network.Through making acomparison of the regular network, the random network, the small-world networksand the scale-free networks, summary of the characteristic of the scale-free network is determined, based on the process of the judgment of scale-free network, thecharacteristics of a growing logistics distribution network is as same as a scale-freenetwork in theory. And after this, evolution rules of the distribution network is given,the power law index of the distribution network is from1to3, and then, through atypical case, a calculation about the distribution nodes' degree by Matlab is made, Theanalysis on the results show that the power law index of distribution network is2.913,it further proves that3PL-based logistics distribution network corresponded theevolution law of scale-free network.Researching on the distribution network nodes client service saturation thresholdand the distribution network nodes rebuilding based on transmission rate of servicequality, through the demonstration that the characteristics of the mechanism of virustransmission in scale-free network are similar with the process of informationtransmission in distribution network nodes, on the basis of scale-free network SIRmodel, the hypothesis of virus removal rate in the original SIR model is changed, andredefined correlated variables of the information transmission model is reset, underthe condition of including client nodes of all the different degrees, logistics networknodes saturation threshold model is established. On the other hand, on the basis of theswitching process of customer status and the transmission characteristic of logisticsservice quality, logistics distribution network nodes client service saturation thresholdsimulation model is build, which is based on the client waiting queue length. Based onthe logistics distribution network nodes client service saturation threshold simulationmodel, through the change of network size, transmission rates and other factors, itmakes a simulation of client waiting queue length baseline variables that influencedistribution nodes client service saturation threshold by Network simulation platform,the simulation further checks the influence that relevant factors of the distributionnetwork nodes client service saturation threshold simulation model on nodes clientservice saturation threshold, research shows that the distribution network nodes clientservice saturation threshold simulation model is consistent with the result of thesimulation, it means that distribution network nodes client service saturation thresholdis influenced by the transmission rate of service quality, network size and networktype.In accordance with phases separated and rout optimization for distributionnetwok, based on the operational processes of the logistics distribution networkstructure and logistics distribution network, according to logistics enterprises in theoperation process, put forward the two stages logistics distribution network, and then combine the characteristics of each of these two phases to optimize the transport routof the distribution network. First, the optimization process of the rout during thedistribution nodes is applied by improving the breadth-first search algorithm, andAnyLogic as the simulation platform, the formation of interrelated completeAgent-based distribution system, study the influence of transportation costs of theentire distribution network by the establishment of the new and distribution nodes,through contrasting, the distribution rout of the lowest operating cost is identified.Optimization process for the end of the distribution rout optimization, constructionincluding traditional logistics distribution, also includes the return and waste materialsrecycling in the re-use of reverse logistics, closed-loop dynamic optimizationalgorithm, using the closed-loop dynamic optimization algorithm to study aenterprises end distribution network of logistics distribution rout optimization, todetermine the distribution of the best rout. Through researching, it is clear thatdistribution network rout optimization should be separated two stage and should beresolved by dynamic nodes characteristics.
