With the sustained development of China 's economy,the automobile industry enters into prosperous period.The role and status of vehicle logistics is of increasingly prominent in the automotive industry.National thirteen five plan clearly put forward to reduce the cost of the entity,and the logistics industry should be regard as an important industry to be taken seriously.However,we should see that vehicle logistics and distribution are facing several dilemmas in the large-scale automobile manufacturing city.At present,the large-scale automobile manufacturing vehicle logistics and distribution resources is relatively short and the effective supply is inadequate.And it is lack of comprehensive utilization of transport resources.In the same time,the vehicle logistics and distribution methods are relatively single and rigid,and the distribution of the trans-regional distribution is even more difficult.The efficiency of the whole vehicle distribution is relatively not high and the distribution costs are high.In the face of the reality of the introduction of high cost and the introduction of new regulations on road transportation,it is necessary to optimize the vehicle logistics and distribution network system.In view of the difficulties that current vehicle logistics distribution are faced,this paper will take the passenger car as research object,and consider the comprehensive transportation resources to establish a new model of vehicle logistics and vehicle integration and establish the effective integrated vehicle logistics distribution network.It mainly make detailed research from the following aspects.First of all,combined with the basic theory of vehicle logistics,a new distribution model named as ‘trunk transport and branch distributions' are proposed.That is,three transport channels can help to achieve the scale of transport between the trunk;road transport channel can form a feeder distribution channel to achieve the flexibility of vehicle distribution.Through the comprehensive utilization of varieties of transport resources,the essay is aimed at the establishment of highly efficient integrated vehicle logistics and distribution network system.Secondly,according to a brief problem description on the vehicle logistics and distribution,the model assumptions and model symbol descriptions are given.Following this,the essay make a detailed analysis on the inventory cost of the vehicle logistics distribution network system,the fixed investment cost,operating cost and system distribution of the vehicle storage center are analysis.And then,the essay build the vehicle logistics and distribution network system positioning-path selection-inventory control mathematical model.Thirdly,the k-means clustering algorithm and genetic algorithm are used to optimize the model.That is,the essay take into account the location of the dealer and the demand for cluster analysis and select the appropriate vehicle storage center based on the clustering results.Following that,the essay use genetic algorithm to optimize the logistics distribution network.In this paper,the bottom-up method is used to realize the optimization of the whole vehicle logistics and distribution network system.At last,this paper takes Chongqing CA company as the research object,and tests the validity of the model and algorithm.
