| The paper based on the comprehensive on-line operation project of SGCC Shandong Province Power Company and the specific situation in ERP implementation, analyzes the demand of logistic informatization management, discusses the specific problems in the implementation process and therefore find out the problems.Considering the problems in the logistic informatization of SGCC Shandong Province Power Company, this paper points out the necessity of establishing ERP system. Through the concrete implementation process, "information flow" business flow" and" capital flows ", the unity of three kinds of daily enterprise flow will be reflected comprehensively and timely. In this paper, through the analysis of supply chain logistics power company, I try to find out the problems in current situation of electric power enterprise logistics management in two aspects and put forward some measures, which will optimize the logistics management of electric power enterprises. On one hand, it is to adopt the high scientific and technological content, logistics equipment, logistics management to improve the hardware facilities; on the other hand to realize the logistics management by means of informatization, so that the logistics system could make a giant leap. Additionally, through the ERP system design and implementation of several modules in logistics management, I will make feasibility analysis of construction and ERP system. By studying the implementation of logistics information project of Shandong electric power company, the major modules of ERP system and function of logistics management, I will devise the design conception of modern logistics information network system structure, and find out the solution to the structure of the ERP. The paper also puts forward some problems in the ERP implementation process which need attention. Because solving those problems will improve the management level of enterprises, and realize the modernization of enterprise management with informatization technology. |
